The Vehicles page manages stock that lives in vans, trucks, or other field vehicles. It is the right place to control mobile inventory and keep replenishment aligned with real work demand.

A little preparation makes this page much easier to use.

• Create the product records first so the vehicle can be stocked with catalogue items.

• Add products to vehicle inventory.
• Create vehicle inventory locations.
• Add or edit vehicle records.
• Create replenishment purchase orders for mobile stock.
• Manually adjust stock levels, run stocktakes, and move stock where needed.
• Process vehicle orders raised for jobs.

1. Create the vehicle record and define its stock locations so technicians know where items live.
2. Load products into the vehicle inventory and keep counts accurate as work is completed.
3. Raise replenishment purchase orders when field stock drops below what the vehicle needs.
4. Process job stock requests and review stocktake results to keep the vehicle ready for the next visit.
