How to Use the Settings Page in Workelect

The Settings page is the administrative control panel for the system. It is where you shape user access, billing setup, workflow behaviour, business details, and provider integrations.

• Create and edit users.
• Manage user subscriptions where the account setup allows it.
• Update business settings and organisation details.
• Update quote and job settings that control workflow behaviour.
• Update financial and asset settings.
• Configure APIs and integrations such as payment or accounting connections.

1. Set up the business and workflow settings first so the operational pages behave the way your team expects.
2. Create users with the right permissions before rolling the system out more widely.
3. Configure financial, asset, and integration settings before live payment or provider sync work starts.
4. Return to Settings whenever your process, provider setup, or team structure changes.
