How to Use the Schedule Page in Workelect

The Schedule page gives dispatchers and planners a calendar-first view of work. It is designed for creating bookings quickly, changing appointment times, and checking where jobs are happening.

• Create jobs directly on the calendar view.
• Edit booked jobs and keep appointment details accurate.
• View scheduled jobs on the map for route planning and visibility.
• Check how work is spread across dates, customers, and users.

1. Review the calendar first to see what is already booked and where there is room for new work.
2. Create a job or open an existing booking from the schedule view.
3. Adjust the booked time, worker allocation, or visit details when plans change.
4. Use the map view to sense-check travel, area coverage, and job clustering before confirming the day plan.
