How to Use the Reports Page in Workelect

The Reports page is the deeper analysis screen for the system. It is designed for filtered reporting across business performance, delivery, labour, and time data.

• Filter reports by date range, job, user, and customer.
• Review the Job Financial Report for quoted, actual cost, invoiced, gross profit, and margin data.
• Review the Job Sheets Report for site details, appointments, staff allocation, and completion notes.
• Review the Productivity Report for billable versus non-billable hours.
• Review the Time Sheet Report for detailed time and cost records.
• Export selected report data or generate a PDF report.

1. Set the date range first so the report is scoped to the period you want to analyse.
2. Add optional filters such as job, user, or customer to narrow the dataset further.
3. Review the specific report table that answers the question you are working on.
4. Export the results or create a PDF report when the output needs to be shared outside the system.
