How to Use the Form Builder Page in Workelect

The Form Builder page lets administrators create custom forms for checks, compliance workflows, and site data capture. It is the foundation for job-based form completion later in the process.

• Create a new form.
• Load and edit saved forms.
• Add fields to the form canvas.
• Save or close forms as the form library evolves.
• Open the finished form link when you need to review it directly.

1. Create the form name and decide what information the field team needs to capture.
2. Add the required fields and arrange them on the canvas.
