How to Use the Dashboard in Workelect

18 Apr 2026 - 1 min read - Workelect Team

What the Dashboard page is for

The Dashboard is the daily control panel for the system. It brings together recent commercial performance, operational warning cards, and a map view of booked work so your team can spot issues quickly.

Key tasks on the Dashboard page

  • Review accepted quotes, average quote value, completed or closed jobs, and invoiced totals.
  • Open warning cards for items such as jobs booked for today, late calendar events, overdue servicing records, past-due tasks, and stock alerts.
  • Load the jobs map and filter it by booked user or booked customer.
  • Refresh the dashboard after major activity so the latest figures are visible.

Recommended workflow for the Dashboard page

  1. Open the Dashboard at the start of the day and review the KPI trend cards first.
  2. Work through the warning cards in priority order so urgent operational issues are not missed.
  3. Load or refresh the jobs map and apply filters to check team coverage and route spread.
  4. Jump into the linked operational pages such as Schedule, Jobs, Warehouses, Vehicles, To Do List, or Servicing Reminders to take action.
