The Contacts page is the master record for customer and supplier details. Quotes, jobs, invoices, and purchasing workflows all work better when the contact data is complete and accurate here first.

• Add new contacts and edit existing records.
• Manage phone numbers, email addresses, business details, and account types.
• Store supporting files against the contact record.
• Export contact data or prepare bulk upload work when you are migrating records.

1. Create the contact before building quotes, jobs, or purchase orders so the system can reuse the record everywhere else.
2. Complete the key details first: business name, main contact, address, phone, and email.
3. Set the correct account type so the record appears in the right workflows.
4. Attach any important files and then test the record from the page that will use it next, such as Quotes or Purchase Orders.
