How to Use the Assets Page in Workelect

The Assets page is for managing equipment and long-lived items that need their own record. It keeps the supplier, the current user, and the asset details tied together in one place.

• Add or edit asset suppliers.
• Add or edit asset users.
• Create new asset records and update existing ones.
• Attach or review supporting files where needed.

1. Set up the supplier record so the purchasing side of the asset has clear history.
2. Create or update the asset user so responsibility for the item is easy to trace.
3. Add the asset itself with the details your team needs to manage it properly.
4. Review and update the record whenever the asset changes hands, is replaced, or needs new documentation attached.
